• Quality

  An extension of the “Time” offering, but with the additional option of additional insight.

  Features & Benefits

  • Access to full benefits to the “Time” package, but including an extra service, designed to offer more insight for applicants, with zero extra time demands, which includes:
  • Personality profiling: A questionnaire to assess the candidate’s personality traits. This generates a report providing a deeper understanding of an individual’s preferred style of working covering 23 personality traits including independence, competitiveness, decisiveness, adaptability, dependability and self-confidence.
  • Psychometric testing: Combined reasoning tests to assess a candidate’s logical, numerical and verbal ability.

  Cost

  • 24% of basic salary
  • 10% paid upfront, deductible from final fee
  • Upfront fee will be retained if search cancelled/ employs someone directly or via another source
  • This is to be returned if no interviews scheduled after 3 weeks

• Cost

  A package offering a reduced rate for multiple hires, enabling clients to save time but also manage the cost to hire

  Features & Benefits

  • Full access to benefits from the “Time” And “Quality” offering discounted rates for 2+ hires
  • Offered on a minimum of 2 hires

  Cost

  • 20% of basic salary for 2+ hires from the “Time” package
  • 22% of basic salary for 2+ hires from the “Quality” package
  • 10% paid upfront (per vacancy), deductible from final fee
  • This is to be returned if no interviews scheduled after 3 weeks (per role)
  • This will be retained if search cancelled/ employs someone directly or via another source
